Garment Graphic Designer About the Company We are a leading manufacturer specializing in premium boy s and men s casual shirts With a focus on creativity innovation and high-quality craftsmanship we are expanding our design team and seeking a talented Garment Graphic Designer to bring fresh concepts and unique visual appeal to our apparel collections Position Overview The Garment Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and market-driven graphic designs that align with the brand s style and target audience This role requires solid creativity trend awareness and technical knowledge of design software and garment printing techniques Key Responsibilities Conceptualize design and develop graphics prints embroideries and artworks for men s and boy s casual shirts Create AOPs All-Over Prints placement prints and branding graphics based on seasonal trends Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to align designs with market needs and buyer requirements Research fashion trends colors and print techniques to develop commercially viable designs Prepare and finalize tech packs artwork files for sampling and production Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate execution of graphics on garments Maintain a design archive and assist in creating mood boards color palettes and seasonal themes Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree diploma in Fashion Design Graphic Design Textile Design or a related field Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the garment apparel industry Strong knowledge of Photoshop Illustrator CorelDRAW and CAD tools Understanding of screen printing digital printing embroidery and fabric limitations Robust sense of color typography and layout for apparel graphics Ability to work on multiple projects and meet strict deadlines Detail-oriented creative and trend-savvy with good communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for Kid s-Boy s casual wear shirts Familiarity with e-commerce requirements and design adaptations for online retail platforms Knowledge of trend forecasting platforms e g WGSN Fashion Snoops Job Type Full-time Pay 12 500 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
