Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 years experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years experience Experience must be in chemical process plant maintenance Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance Perform routine and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment such as Pumps blowers agitators valves Reactors pipelines filter presses dryers furnaces and conveyors Preventive Predictive Maintenance Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance PPM and Condition-Based Maintenance CBM schedules Monitor critical equipment health and update maintenance plans accordingly Troubleshooting RCA Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring mechanical issues Troubleshoot problems like vibration misalignment noise bearing wear Inventory Vendor Coordination Maintain records of mechanical spares inventory lubrication schedules and AMC renewals Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for parts replacement and service support Shutdown Turnaround Support Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation teams for plant shutdowns and start-ups Assist in overhauling critical equipment and ensuring smooth restart Fabrication Welding Oversight Supervise minor fabrication jobs monitor welding quality and check material conformity as per specs Documentation Reporting Maintain daily maintenance logs job cards and equipment history records Update CMMS ERP for all maintenance activities Key Skills Strong technical knowledge of chemical plant mechanical equipment Proficiency in using tools for alignment vibration analysis and condition monitoring Working knowledge of welding standards material codes SS MS and drawing interpretation Good communication and coordination skills for inter-department and vendor interfaces Familiar with ISO safety and audit-related documentation For inquiries contact us (phone hidden) (phone hidden) email id resume theactivegroup in Job Type Full time Pay 45 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
