Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate GNM Nurse to join our healthcare team The GNM Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients assisting doctors during medical procedures and ensuring the overall well-being and recovery of patients The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of clinical nursing practices patient care standards and hospital protocols Roles and Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including administering medications wound care and monitoring vital signs Assist doctors during examinations procedures and treatments Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts Educate patients and their families on health conditions treatment plans and post-discharge care Monitor patients progress and report any changes in condition to the physician or medical team Ensure proper hygiene and comfort of patients including assistance with daily activities if required Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe workplace Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently providing appropriate care Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and patient-centered care Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain clinical skills and knowledge Qualifications GNM General Nursing and Midwifery diploma from a recognized nursing school institution Registered with the State Nursing Council Prior clinical or hospital experience preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Compassionate responsible and patient-focused attitude Job Type Full-time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
