writing for proposals and presentations including gathering information through research statistical reports and interviews with technical staff L everages resources across the firm to support all stages of the pursuit and differentiate WSP to the client S upports the development of differentiators value propositions and key messages A pplies new technologies and innovations across the business for proposals and presentations including creative media approaches and other types of digital tools P rovides support guidance to the proposal development and delivery team and ensures the greatest possibility of success by supporting compliance readability quality and sales messaging of pursuit related materials O n an as-needed basis supports marketing coordinators and managers with proposal production O ther duties as assigned B achelor s degree with a preference for a degree in Engineering journalism or English F rench competency level B2 is prerequisite 5 years of experience in a relevant role A bility to write and produce stellar compelling content under tight deadlines U nderstanding of journalistic writing styles including the inverted pyramid approach A bility to follow a style guide like AP E xcellent verbal and written communication critical thinking marketing strategy development group facilitation and teamwork P ossesses a strategic mindset and sound judgment A bility to build trust and influence others and work with all levels of staff P roficient with Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suite SharePoint and other communications-related software programs A
