Job Overview Darshh Builders Pvt Ltd is looking for a Junior Architect who is passionate about design and architecture with a strong command over architectural drawings detail development and site coordination You will be assisting the senior design team with project documentation 3D visualization and ensure execution aligns with architectural intent Key Responsibilities Develop 2D architectural drawings working drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD Assist in concept development design presentations and basic 3D models SketchUp or similar Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure architectural detailing is followed during execution Conduct site visits and help align civil structural and interior elements as per design Prepare and maintain architectural documents like plans sections elevations and schedules Assist in preparing municipal approval drawings when needed Collaborate with consultants MEP Structural Interiors to integrate services into the design Help create BOQs and assist in design documentation Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institute Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must Working knowledge of SketchUp Photoshop MS Office is preferred Basic knowledge of construction methods site work and material specifications Good understanding of space planning and architectural detailing Strong communication and coordination skills What We Offer Exposure to premium villa and apartment projects across Assam Work experience in both design and on-site execution Supportive environment for learning and career growth Market-competitive salary based on skills and contribution Job Types Full-time Permanent Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 10 08 2025
