Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the construction and interior design sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth by promoting our turnkey design-build services to high-value clients across residential commercial and institutional segments Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue current business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation Develop and maintain relationships with architects real estate developers project consultants corporate clients and HNIs Generate RFPs respond to tenders and coordinate proposal bid submissions with the technical and design teams Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals Represent the company at client meetings industry events and exhibitions Conduct presentations pitch services and negotiate contracts with prospective clients Work closely with design and execution teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction Monitor market trends competitor activities and client feedback to strategize business growth Maintain CRM data and sales reporting for review and decision-making Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field MBA preferred Proven track record in business development or sales in the construction or interior design industry Strong understanding of turnkey projects materials design workflows and project lifecycle Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-driven target-oriented and capable of handling pressure Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and presentation software Fluent in English and any local language if applicable Preferred Experience Experience working with real estate firms architectural studios or interior contracting firms Knowledge of regulatory compliances BOQ estimations and basic project costing Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 04 08 2025
