Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance Telecaller to join our team The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers via telephone to explain financial products services follow up on inquiries collect documents and assist in loan processing or recovery depending on the assigned role Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers regarding financial products such as personal loans business loans credit cards insurance etc Explain product features eligibility criteria and documentation requirements clearly to the customer Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns digital platforms or referrals Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the system Coordinate with internal departments credit operations collections as required Meet daily weekly monthly targets for calls leads conversion or collections If assigned to collections follow up on pending payments or EMIs and ensure timely recovery Required Skills Qualifications Minimum qualification Graduate in any discipline 0-2 years of experience in tele calling preferably in a financial services Good communication skills in English and regional language s Basic knowledge of financial products or services is an added advantage Proficient in MS Excel CRM tools basic level Persuasive and target-oriented approach Ability to work in a team and handle pressure Salary 10 000 - 20 000 per month incentives based on performance Benefits Attractive incentive structure Training and growth opportunities opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Language Hindi English Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 02 08 2025 Expected Start Date 30 07 2025
