in class treasury strategies Cultivate mutually beneficial banking partnerships that enable the success of the company s business strategy Optimize global cash positioning and liquidity management for maximum efficiency safety and proper returns Streamline and ensure accurate reconciliation processes and proper accounting Execution of payments and transaction processing troubleshooting issues as they arise Partner with global teams on banking technology implementations upgrades and problem resolution Identify analyze and manage global foreign exchange exposures to minimize the volatility of the company s earnings Ensure company s subsidiaries are properly funded and monitored for excess cash levels Develop recommendations that efficiently centralize global cash Optimize Workday technology for treasury operations and reporting Champion safety through prompt and continuous user audits of internal systems and bank portals Support debt-related items and tracking of key metrics Collaborate cross-functionally with Audit Finance Accounting Tax Legal and other teams Apply AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting risk management and operational accuracy Maintain compliance with global treasury regulations and internal controls Champion attention to detail in every process and remain at the forefront of fraud prevention tools and diligence to protect the organization Knowledge Skills Abilities and Experience Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field Advanced degree a plus Strong knowledge of banking technology payment systems and treasury platforms Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects Innovative mindset with familiarity in AI-driven solutions Min 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Accounting Banking or Treasury Knowledge of Workday and ERP systems Work Environment Be part of a team that sets the standard for excellence in treasury operations
