Job Title Quality and Production Engineer Department Production Quality Control Reports To Production Manager Quality Manager Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Production Engineer to oversee and improve production processes while ensuring product quality standards are consistently met The candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules optimizing workflows monitoring quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards Key Responsibilities Production Responsibilities Plan coordinate and control manufacturing processes to ensure timely production Monitor production output efficiency and workflow to meet daily weekly monthly targets Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams design maintenance procurement to resolve production issues Ensure safe working practices are followed and maintained Quality Assurance Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective preventive actions for product defects Inspect raw materials in-process materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards Manage internal and external audits maintain quality documentation Ensure adherence to ISO GMP or other industry-specific quality standards Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Production Engineering 0-2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment Strong knowledge of quality tools like 5S Six Sigma FMEA SPC CAPA etc Familiarity with manufacturing processes production planning and quality inspection techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing software ERP MRP systems preferred Good communication and team collaboration abilities Working Conditions Factory Shop-floor environment with regular coordination with production and QA QC teams Occasional travel may be required for vendor visits or audits Job Type Full-time Location Ambad Salary Depends on interview Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Shift availability Day Shift Required Work Location In person
