JD Monitor manage and advise on stock levels for the store to ensure availability of all products with the help of Store manager Inventory Head Maintain real-time records of stock current arrivals slow-moving items and fast-selling products with the help of Store manager Inventory Head Assist the sales team in understanding stock position and recommending products to customers Track and inform SKU-wise size-wise and color-wise inventory to prevent stock-outs and overstocking as per the instruction from corporate Helping sales team for ensuring stock update for maturing sale Coordinate with purchase warehouse and store managers for timely replenishment Help in periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with system records Ensure stock is stored displayed and rotated according to brand standards FIFO as per the corporate guidelines Highlight slow-moving or excess stock for action plans Stock maintain properly to ensure value of product as per company SOP Stock In out must be done by with challan through billing software at real time Assist in preparing store inventory stock counts and daily sales updates Coordinate with the alteration team store manager other branches and warehouse for quick stock movement for maturing sales Key Responsibilities KRA Accurate monitoring and reporting of stock levels Ensuring smooth stock flow to prevent sales disruption Advising sales staff on product availability and alternatives Minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory situations Coordinating with purchase and warehouse for timely replenishment Supporting promotions and sales planning with stock insights Maintaining clean organized and correctly labeled stock areas Ensuring accurate record keeping and reconciliation with actual stock Updating store staff on stock availability and new arrivals Assisting in daily stock count and inventory control Guaranteeing that every item in our stock is accounted for at the store level Ensuring the movement of stock from the Store is strictly prohibited without an accompanying chalan Job Type Full-time Pay 11 002 55 - 34 315 62 per month Work Location In person
