Purchase Executive Purchase Manager Company MK CLEANROOM PROJECT PVT LTD Location Vadodara Project Sites as required Reports To Production Head Project Head Operations Manager Job Summary The Purchase Executive Manager is responsible for end-to-end procurement of materials equipment and services required for cleanroom projects The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at optimal cost while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with company policies Key Responsibilities1 Procurement Purchasing Procure materials related to cleanroom projects such as panels HVAC components filters electrical items GI SS materials hardware tools and consumables Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders POs Ensure timely procurement as per project schedules and site requirements 2 Vendor Management Identify evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers Negotiate pricing delivery schedules payment terms and contracts Maintain vendor database and performance records 3 Cost Control Budgeting Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis sheets Ensure procurement within approved budgets Support cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality 4 Coordination Communication Coordinate with Project Production Design Stores and Accounts departments Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and resolve supply issues Coordinate material dispatch to project sites 5 Quality Compliance Ensure purchased materials meet technical specifications and quality standards Assist in material inspection and rejection handling Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance 6 Inventory Documentation Monitor stock levels and plan re-ordering accordingly Maintain purchase records GRNs invoices and vendor documents Support ERP accounting systems for procurement entries Qualifications ExperienceEducation Bachelor s degree Diploma in Engineering Commerce or Supply Chain Management Additional certification in Purchase SCM is an advantage Experience 2-4 years of experience in Purchase Procurement Experience in cleanroom HVAC construction pharma or project-based industry preferred Skills Competencies Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of cleanroom project materials Good understanding of GST basic commercial terms and contracts Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Key Performance Indicators KPIs On-time material availability at site Cost savings achieved Vendor performance and reliability Zero or minimal material rejections Accurate and timely documentation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Application Question s How Many years of experience do you have in purchase execution Do u have any knowledge of cleanroom industry Work Location In person
