Dear Candidate About SVS Techforge Established in 1994 SVS Techforge is a niche leader in IT Infrastructure Electronic Security and Surveillance solutions across India offering a wide range of advanced technology services www svs in Sales Intern About the Role We are seeking a motivated and presentable Sales Intern to support the sales team in government project coordination documentation activities client communication and meeting scheduling The role involves frequent interaction with government departments and in office visits ensuring smooth follow-ups and professional representation of the company Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with documentation work including proposal preparation tender follow-ups record management Visit government project sites and offices for submissions follow-ups and coordination work Communicate professionally with government officials and project stakeholders to schedule meetings follow-up discussions and project reviews Support senior sales staff during client visits demonstrations and field activities Maintain proper documentation of visits discussions and updates for internal reports Ensure high levels of professionalism punctuality and presentability while representing the company Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of documents project updates and support requests Assist in basic market research competitor updates and customer requirement gathering Updated with industry trends emerging technologies competitor activities in public sector technology deployments Skills Bachelor s Degree in any discipline preferred Business Management Marketing 1-2 years of experience in Sales Field Coordination or Client Servicing Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with government officials Good understanding of MS Office and basic documentation Ability to travel to project sites and government offices as required Presentable personality with strong customer-handling skills Self-driven responsible and capable of managing tasks independently Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Govt IT Sales Product 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
