Job Summary We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in promoting and selling Interlock and Hollow Bricks The role involves coordinating sales activities handling customer inquiries preparing quotations maintaining records and ensuring smooth communication between customers sales production and dispatch teams Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Handle customer inquiries orders and follow-ups Prepare quotations sales orders delivery schedules and invoices Maintain customer database and update sales records regularly Track order status and coordinate with production and dispatch for timely delivery Assist in price negotiations and order confirmations Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports Follow up on payments and coordinate with the accounts department Support marketing and promotional activities Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related documents Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or any related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination preferably in construction materials bricks cement or related industries Good communication and interpersonal skills Robust organizational and coordination abilities Knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Email Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of billing GST and documentation is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
