Company website www clovedental in Profile HR - Blue Collar Recruiter We are seeking a results-driven Blue Collar Recruiter to source screen and hire skilled and unskilled people across multiple locations This role focuses on high-volume recruiting fast turnaround hiring and building strong pipelines Key Responsibilities Source candidates for blue-collar roles e g Dental Assistants etc Manage full-cycle recruiting intake sourcing screening interviewing offers and onboarding coordination Execute high-volume recruiting using job boards referrals walk-ins community outreach and local partnerships Conduct phone and in-person screenings verify availability skills certifications and work eligibility Partner with hiring managers and operations teams to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines Maintain accurate candidate records ensure compliance with hiring and labor regulations Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire Build talent pipelines for recurring roles and seasonal demand Qualifications 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in blue-collar Strong communication skills able to connect with diverse candidate populations Experience using job portals and sourcing tools Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
