Job Summary We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design develop and support electrical control systems for automated equipment and industrial processes This role is hands-on and project-driven working closely with mechanical engineers software PLC engineers and production teams from concept through commissioning Key Responsibilities Design electrical schematics panel layouts and wiring diagrams for automation systems Select electrical components PLCs HMIs VFDs servos safety devices sensors power supplies Develop I O lists electrical BOMs and cable schedules Ensure designs comply with applicable standards UL NFPA 79 IEC CE etc Support panel fabrication machine wiring and system integration Collaborate with controls software engineers during PLC and HMI development Assist with system testing debugging and on-site commissioning as needed Provide technical documentation and support for customers and internal teams Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical Engineering Technology or related field 4 years of experience in electrical design for industrial automation or machinery Proficiency with electrical CAD tools AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN or similar Strong understanding of industrial control systems and power distribution Familiarity with PLC-based automation systems Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with safety systems and functional safety standards Exposure to multiple PLC platforms Rockwell Siemens Beckhoff etc Knowledge of servo motion systems and VFDs UL 508A panel design experience Experience supporting installations or commissioning in the field Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
