Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist with expertise in blood collection using both syringe and vacutainer methods including pediatric and difficult venipuncture cases The candidate must ensure patient comfort sample integrity and strict adherence to safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture using syringe and vacutainer systems Collect blood samples from Adults Geriatric patients Pediatric and neonatal patients Handle difficult veins with confidence and care Ensure correct patient identification and proper sample labeling Follow standard infection control biosafety and waste disposal protocols Maintain proper sample handling storage and transportation Reassure and comfort pediatric patients and anxious individuals Maintain accurate records and coordinate with laboratory staff Adhere to NABL ISO standards and laboratory SOPs Assist in home collection and camp collections if required Required Qualifications Certificate Diploma in Phlebotomy or DMLT Valid registration if applicable Experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a phlebotomist Proven experience in pediatric blood collection Hands-on experience with syringe and vacutainer techniques Experience in NABL-accredited lab preferred Skills Competencies Excellent venipuncture skills Gentle patient-friendly approach especially with children Strong attention to hygiene and safety Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Work Workplace Diagnostic Laboratory Home Collection Flexible shifts as per requirement Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
