SFS School Narengi is seeking a qualified and compassionate Special Educator to support inclusive education and address the academic emotional and social needs of students through structured individualized interventions Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or equivalent - mandatory RCI Rehabilitation Council of India certification - mandatory Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a school setting - preferred Key Responsibilities Plan implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs IEPs for students with special needs Collaborate with subject teachers counselors and parents to support inclusive classroom practices Assess students academic emotional and social progress and adapt strategies accordingly Provide academic emotional and social support tailored to individual student needs Listen to students concerns related to academic emotional or social issues and guide them appropriately Improve students social skills confidence and emotional well-being Counsel students process their challenges and help plan achievable goals and action steps Evaluate and report on student progress using appropriate tools including psychometric assessments Research and implement new methods to enhance student wellbeing e g mindfulness behaviour strategies Provide guidance and support to parents and guardians Maintain accurate records and participate in regular meetings and reviews Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of inclusive education and child development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers parents and support staff Student-centric empathetic and patient approach Robust organisational and documentation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
