Operations HeadPosition Title Operations Head Location Richmond circle Bengaluru Karnataka India Job Summary The Operations Head will lead manage and continuously improve the operations function across the organization This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency driving strategic initiatives meeting performance goals and fostering a culture of excellence The ideal candidate will combine solid leadership skills with deep operational expertise to streamline workflows optimize resource utilization and support company growth Key Responsibilities Strategic Operational Leadership Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company s long-term business goals Partner with senior leadership to define and achieve strategic priorities and measurable KPI outcomes Lead the operations team to ensure daily activities are executed effectively and efficiently Operational Excellence Oversee end-to-end operational processes across departments production supply chain logistics customer service and quality control Monitor analyze and report on key performance metrics identify opportunities for improvement and corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives process standardization and operational cost optimization Budget Resource Management Prepare and manage operational budgets allocate resources judiciously and forecast future needs Control costs while maintaining quality and performance standards Compliance Risk Management Ensure compliance with applicable laws industry standards and internal policies Identify risks in operational processes and implement proactive mitigation strategies Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and develop the operations team to build high performance and capability for future growth Foster a culture of accountability professional growth and continuous improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with departments such as Sales Finance HR IT and Marketing to ensure integrated operational functions Support coordination among internal and external stakeholders including vendors and partners Reporting Communication Prepare operational reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders Communicate operational goals progress challenges and initiatives across teams Qualifications Experience Required Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior role Preferred Master s degree MBA or equivalent Experience in industry-specific operations e g Healthcare Core Skills Competencies Strategic planning and execution Operational process design and improvement Budgeting cost control and resource allocation Data analysis and performance measurement Strong leadership coaching and team management Excellent communication and stakeholder management Compliance and risk management understanding Performance Metrics KPIs Operational efficiency ratios e g throughput utilization On-time delivery service levels Cost savings budget adherence Quality and defect reduction Team performance and engagement Contact - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
