Job Title HR - Employee Relations Executive Experience 2 Years Industry Media Entertainment Digital Media Location chennai Job Summary We are looking for an HR Employee Relations Executive with hands-on experience in managing employee engagement grievances compliance and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced media environment The role requires strong people skills confidentiality and the ability to handle creative teams professionally Key Responsibilities Employee Relations Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee concerns grievances and workplace issues Maintain a healthy work culture across creative production and support teams Support employee engagement activities town halls and internal communication Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends HR Operations Handle end-to-end onboarding and employee documentation Maintain employee records HR MIS and attendance data Support performance management cycles and appraisal coordination Compliance Statutory Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the media industry Handle PF ESI gratuity leave policies and statutory documentation Support audits and inspections when required Policy Process Assist in drafting implementing and communicating HR policies Ensure adherence to company code of conduct and disciplinary processes Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with payroll finance and department heads Support managers in resolving people-related issues Required Skills Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good understanding of employee relations labor laws Ability to handle confidential information professionally Problem-solving and conflict-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving creative workplace Qualifications MBA MSW PGDM in HR or relevant qualification Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferably in media advertising film or digital industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
