We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team The ideal candidate shall have experience in accounting and financial management possess strong analytical skills and be able to work independently The Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks including but not limited to financial reporting accounts payable receivable reconciliations and budgeting Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including invoice processing payment processing and collections Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and submit tax documents and returns as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Proven experience in accounting or financial management role Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay From 1 00 per month Work Location In person
