Job Title Event Collaborations Officer Location Remote Hybrid based on project requirements Employment Type Full-time Permanent Future Chance Long-term leadership role About Us Udbhava Avinya Bharat LLP is a mission-driven organization working across innovation education entrepreneurship and cultural revival through national-level initiatives We are building our core founding team and are looking for execution-focused professionals who can manage large-scale events while building meaningful institutional and industry collaborations Role Overview As an Event Collaborations Officer you will be responsible for planning and executing organizational events while simultaneously building and managing collaborations with institutions partners corporates and ecosystem stakeholders This role requires strong coordination communication and ownership across both on-ground execution and strategic relationship-building Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management Plan and execute national-level online and offline events workshops bootcamps summits conferences cultural programs Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues vendors speakers schedules and travel Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Oversee on-ground operations during events and resolve real-time challenges Handle post-event documentation reporting and follow-ups Collaborations Partnerships Build and manage collaborations with universities institutions startups corporates and ecosystem partners Coordinate MoUs partnership discussions and execution plans non-legal Act as a point of contact for partners and collaborators Support outreach for joint initiatives programs and campaigns Maintain collaboration records reports and partnership outcomes What We Offer Officially documented role as part of the core founding team Deferred stipend paid cumulatively after 6 months defined in a legal agreement prior to onboarding Fooding and reimbursements for official travel and work-related expenses Strong potential for long-term leadership equity-based or salaried roles post probation Opportunity to work on high-impact national events and institutional collaborations Certificates Letters of Recommendation and documented experience Who We re Looking For Strong interest in event management partnerships and stakeholder coordination Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines High ownership accountability and execution mindset 0-3 years of experience Freshers welcome if proactive and execution-driven Comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic and on-ground environments Job Requirements Languages English Hindi mandatory Willingness to Travel 100 required Work Location Remote In-person as per project needs Important Note This is a salary-based role with deferred payment after 6 months with all responsibilities timelines and payout terms clearly outlined in a legally binding agreement prior to onboarding Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location Remote
