We are seeking a highly organized proactive and qualified Founder Office- Executive to provide high-level administrative and operational support This role involves managing the CEO s calendar communications travel and key projects to help enhance productivity and enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities Key Responsibilities Calendar Communication Management Manage and optimize calendar schedule meetings appointments and priorities Screen prioritize and respond to emails calls and inquiries on behalf of the CEO Draft polished correspondence memos and executive emails Administrative Support Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials for meetings Coordinate and book travel arrangements itineraries and accommodations Maintain and organize documents files and records with discretion Liaison Coordination Act as a primary point of contact between the Founder and internal external stakeholders Organize and coordinate executive and board meetings including agendas and follow-up Assist with special projects research and cross-departmental coordination as needed Confidentiality Professionalism Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise Qualifications Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Management Communications or related field preferred Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders recommended Skills Competencies Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and scheduling tools Discretion and sound judgment Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
