About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter Business Development Specialist to join our team This unique role blends end-to-end recruitment with client acquisition and relationship management The ideal candidate will not only source and place top talent but also identify new business opportunities expand client accounts and contribute directly to revenue growth Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment 50 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing screening interviewing and placing qualified candidates Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent through networking referrals job boards and social platforms Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements team dynamics and organizational goals Conduct candidate assessments reference checks and negotiate offers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System ATS Business Development 50 Identify target and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular communication and consultative selling Present recruitment solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by driving new contracts and expanding existing accounts Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify growth opportunities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Human Resources or related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in recruitment staffing sales or business development Proven ability to meet hiring targets and or sales quotas Strong networking negotiation and presentation skills Familiarity with ATS CRM tools and job boards LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels Goal-driven resilient and able to thrive in a rapid-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 500 000 00 per year Work Location Remote
