Job Title Booking Executive - Camera Rental Department Location Andheri West Department Operations Booking Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Booking Executive to manage rental inquiries reservations and scheduling for our camera equipment The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams while maintaining accurate booking records and delivering excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone email and in person regarding camera and equipment rentals Process bookings reservations and cancellations accurately Maintain and update rental schedules and inventory availability Coordinate with warehouse technical and delivery teams Prepare rental agreements invoices and documentation Verify customer details rental terms and payment status Monitor equipment availability and prevent overbooking Resolve booking-related issues and customer concerns promptly Maintain organized records and reports of daily transactions Support marketing and sales activities when required Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree or relevant diploma preferred Previous experience in booking rental or customer service preferred Knowledge of camera equipment and accessories is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and booking software Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
