Job Title Area Sales Manager - Pune VCI Packaging Specialist Work Location Pune Maharashtra Field Sales Home Base Department Sales Marketing Reports To National Sales Head Experience 3 - 5 Years Strictly in VCI Industrial Packaging Type Full-Time About Benz Packaging Solutions Benz Packaging Solutions Pvt Ltd is a global leader in high-performance packaging specializing in VCI films anti-humidity desiccants and custom industrial systems We serve the automotive engineering and industrial sectors with a strong commitment to sustainability innovation and operational excellence Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Area Sales Manager to take charge of the Maharashtra region This role requires mandatory prior experience in VCI and Industrial Packaging You will be the operational and strategic face of Benz Packaging in Maharashtra managing existing key accounts while driving new business You will act as the vital link between customers our logistics team and operations to ensure seamless order execution from quotation to final dispatch Target Industries Product Focus Core Industry Focus You must have a proven track record of selling to Automotive OEMs Automotive Ancillaries General Automobile Industry Mandatory Product Exposure You should possess deep technical knowledge of VCI Products Films Papers Emitters Desiccants Clay Silica Container Rust Preventive RP Oils Traditional Packaging Wooden Boxes Pallets corrugated boxes Key Responsibilities Sales Operations Management Manage the end-to-end sales operations for the territory of Maharashtra ensuring monthly targets and service standards are met Coordinate efficiently with existing and new customers to manage orders technical queries quotations techno-commercial discussions and payment follow-ups Logistics Dispatch Coordination Handle shipping and transportation coordination ensuring goods move smoothly from the company warehouse to customer locations Visit the local warehouse regularly to monitor stock levels dispatch readiness and documentation accuracy Invoices E-Way bills Customer Relationship Management Conduct frequent on-site customer visits Plants Warehouses to ensure product performance satisfaction and strengthen relationships Act as the first responder for any technical issues regarding VCI application or rust prevention Reporting Strategy Collaborate with the National Sales Head to plan forecast and execute regional sales initiatives Prepare and maintain detailed sales records shipment schedules and daily activity reports on Odoo Excel Required Skills Qualifications Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Area Sales Management Constraint Experience must be in a VCI or Industrial Packaging company Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce or related field Technical Proficiency Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred Strong proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Key Competencies Robust communication and interpersonal skills to deal with Plant Heads and Purchase Managers Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple dispatch schedules simultaneously Effective problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude Travel Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra industrial belts for customer and warehouse visits Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 75 167 56 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work from home Application Question s Do you have 3 years of experience specifically selling VCI Films RP Oils or Industrial Packaging Have you managed sales relationships with Automotive OEMs or Ancillaries in Pune Work Location Remote
