ole Overview The Head - Copy will lead the brand s written voice across all platforms ensuring a refined aspirational and consistent narrative aligned with the luxury positioning of the brand This role demands deep expertise in both long-form and short-form content with an ability to translate brand philosophy into compelling storytelling that elevates perception and drives engagement Key Responsibilities Own and define the brand voice tone and language across all communication channels Lead the creation of long-form content including brand stories manifestos website content brochures pitch decks press releases and editorial features Oversee short-form content such as campaign lines ad copies social media captions taglines emailers and on-ground communication Conceptualize and guide copy for luxury campaigns launches and brand moments Collaborate closely with design marketing digital PR and leadership teams to ensure seamless storytelling Review edit and elevate all copy to maintain high aesthetic linguistic and emotional standards Ensure consistency in messaging across digital print outdoor experiential and internal communication Mentor and manage copywriters content teams setting benchmarks for quality and creativity Stay updated with global luxury trends storytelling formats and cultural nuances relevant to high-end audiences Job Expectations Skills Competencies Exceptional command over language with a luxury sensibility Strong storytelling ability with attention to detail nuance and emotion Proven expertise in both long-form narrative writing and impactful short-form copy Ability to balance creativity with brand strategy and business objectives High editorial standards and solid proofreading skills Excellent collaboration and leadership capabilities Experience Background 7-10 years of experience in copywriting content preferably within luxury premium real estate hospitality fashion or lifestyle brands Prior experience in a lead or head role managing copy content teams Exposure to integrated campaigns across multiple platforms Minimum Qualification Relevant Field Minimum Job Experience 7-10 Years Reporting to CMD Travel Yes
