Job Summary We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand cum Social Media Manager who can manage the online presence of multiple brands across digital platforms The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand communication content creation social media management and online reputation ensuring consistency with each brand s tone values and business goals Key Responsibilities Brand Management Develop and maintain brand voice tone and visual consistency for multiple brands Ensure all digital content aligns with each brand s positioning and guidelines Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand identity and recall Monitor brand sentiment and customer perception across platforms Social Media Management Plan execute and manage social media calendars for multiple brands Manage brand presence on platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn X Twitter YouTube Pinterest Write platform-optimized captions hashtags and CTAs Publish schedule and optimize posts for engagement and reach Track trends and adapt content strategies accordingly Content Creation Create high-quality visual and written content posts reels stories short videos carousels Coordinate with designers videographers and influencers Ensure content is customized for each brand and platform Maintain consistency in messaging while scaling content across brands Online Reputation Management ORM Monitor and respond to comments messages reviews and mentions Handle customer queries feedback and complaints professionally Proactively manage brand reviews on Google social platforms and marketplaces Identify potential reputation risks and manage crises effectively Performance Reporting Analyze performance metrics such as engagement rate reach growth sentiment Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights Optimize content and strategy based on data and audience behavior Tools Platforms Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social Influencer UGC platforms Analytics Reporting Tools Job Type Full time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month
