manage the Managed Investment business from a product perspective including P L management new product development channel management and systems Managed Investments product solutions includes mutual funds PMS and Alternate Funds Strategy Build MI business to achieve leadership position in the marketplace Development of a sustainable business model that will be profitable in the long-term Build the sales strategy for MI Profitable Management of key fund partner alliances Launching and managing new innovative products Business Distribution Management Setting and monitoring of business performance standards and developing alternate channels for distribution Product Proposition Bringing innovative product solutions to the market place and strengthening the client value and service proposition for MI Processes Adherence to Sales and suitability process in line with bank s policy Ensure the implementation of appropriate systems and operational processes to measure and manage KPIs and profitability People Talent Collaborate with frontline specialists RMs and support functions to deliver effective client solutions and seamless investment journey Governance Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role Ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies processes and regulations forms part of the culture Engage with all audit report findings and ensure feedback is acted upon Key Responsibilities Regulatory Business
