Job Title Mega Warehouse Incharge Location MRO Bengaluru BLR Job Type Full-time Function Engineering Warehouse Operations We are hiring a Mega Warehouse Incharge to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for aviation materials spare parts and equipment The role oversees receiving storage inventory control compliance and distribution while ensuring high accuracy safety and operational efficiency in the MRO warehouse setting Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage issuing and order fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts audits and reconciliation Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards Optimize stock levels by analyzing inventory usage trends and preventing shortages or overstock Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of warehouse equipment forklifts pallet jacks conveyors Evaluate and support adoption of warehouse technology or WMS systems Provide leadership training and support to warehouse teams Coordinate with procurement and operations for material requirements and stock updates Skills Competencies Warehouse Operations Knowledge Strong Analytical Skills Planning Coordination Team Management Problem-Solving Ability Communication Stakeholder Management Key Interfaces Internal Cross-functional teams for part planning ordering and inventory alignment External Vendors Suppliers for shipment tracking and issue resolution Customs Authorities for clearance compliance and regulatory coordination Education Experience Requirements Minimum Master s degree in Engineering Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or equivalent 5 years of experience in inventory management receiving dispatch or warehouse operations Desired Certified Supply Chain Professional CSCP or Warehouse Management Professional WMP preferred 5 years experience in warehouse operations team management Aviation industry experience is an added advantage Aviation Indeed does not charge any fees for interviews or recruitment Report any fraudulent activity at
