Beverage Specialist Barista -Job Title Barista Location- 1 Whitefield 2 JP nagar 3 Hoodi Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Barista to join our kitchen team The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee tea and specialty beverages with consistency and accuracy for delivery and takeaway orders This role requires solid focus on speed quality and hygiene as customer interaction will primarily be through online platforms Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee tea smoothies and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes Ensure consistency in taste presentation and packaging for delivery and takeaway Operate and maintain espresso machines grinders blenders and other cafe equipment Manage beverage prep area with strict adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards Accurately read and execute orders received from delivery platforms Label and pack beverages securely for delivery to avoid spills or damage Maintain stock of coffee beans milk syrups packaging materials and other essentials Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor manager Follow health safety and food hygiene guidelines at all times Support kitchen team with general duties when required Qualifications Skills Previous barista or cafe experience preferred freshers with training also considered Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency Good time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
