We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills robust product understanding and the ability to guide customers through product selection while ensuring a high-quality showroom experience Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with a warm professional approach Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products solutions Present and explain product features specifications pricing and benefits Maintain strong product knowledge of all items displayed in the showroom Prepare quotations share price details and follow up with customers for closures Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance Coordinate with the operations and installation teams for order processing and delivery Maintain showroom cleanliness product display and stock levels Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Update sales records CRM entries and maintain proper documentation Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales home interiors kitchen wardrobe appliances tiles or furniture industry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Good understanding of customer needs and ability to explain product details clearly Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM software Positive attitude presentable personality and strong customer service orientation Preferred Attributes Experience in modular kitchens wardrobes or interior products sales Ability to handle clients independently and close deals Fluency in English and Hindi Salary Competitive and based on experience incentives on sales Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
