We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our research team Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of companies including financial statement analysis peer benchmarking and industry evaluation Build and maintain financial models DCF relative valuation scenario analysis Monitor sector trends macroeconomic developments and regulatory changes impacting coverage companies Prepare research reports earnings previews review notes and investment recommendations Attend and summarize earnings calls management meetings and investor briefings Track quarterly results news flow and key catalysts for covered stocks Present insights and recommendations to senior leader Monitor new equity listings IPOs SME IPOs and upcoming DRHPs analyse company fundamentals and market demand Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Finance Accounting or related field CA CFA preferred but not mandatory Minimun 3-4 years of relevant experience in Equity Research Sell-side Strong knowledge of valuation techniques financial modelling and market analytics Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial databases Excellent written and verbal communication for producing high-quality research notes NISM series XV - Research Analyst Cerficate required Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Advantages Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
