Location Kheda Gujarat Onsite - Manufacturing Plant -Moved to Ahmedabad after sometime Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support for users including hardware software printers scanners and other IT peripheral devices Monitor manage and troubleshoot switches Wi-Fi access points CCTV etc Handle basic networking tasks - LAN WAN troubleshooting patching and connectivity issues Provide support for firewalls configuration changes escalation as required Coordinate with vendors OEM or senior engineers for advanced troubleshooting and escalations Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of the plant s IT setup Ensure minimal downtime and quick response to IT-related incidents within the plant Support and comply with IT security and backup policies defined by the organization Required Skills Qualifications Strong knowledge of Windows OS desktop server environments Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops laptops and printers Ability to work independently in a manufacturing plant environment Valuable communication and problem-solving skills Job Type Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
