- Warehouse Executive Purchase Billing Packing - Pharma Job Title Purchase WH Executive Purchase Billing Packing Department Supply Chain Warehouse Operations Location Chennai Reporting To Warehouse Manager SCM Manager Role Summary The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing procurement performing billing operations and handling packing dispatch activities in compliance with pharmaceutical Positive Distribution Practices GDP The role requires coordination across purchase accounts warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities 1 Purchase Procurement Raise and process Purchase Orders POs for pharmaceutical products consumables and packing materials Coordinate with suppliers for rates availability deliveries and resolve shortages Emergency Local Purchase and deliver Immediate to Branches Monitor stock quick slow-moving maintain minimum levels and avoid expiries overstocking Maintain supplier records and track OTIF On-Time In-Full deliveries 2 Billing Prepare customer invoices e-invoices credit notes and e-way bills Ensure billing accuracy for batch number expiry date MRP GST slab HSN code and customer scheme rates Coordinate with dispatch team to clear billed orders on time Resolve customer issues related to invoices returns expiry claims and short supply 3 Packing Dispatch Pick and pack orders following FEFO batch expiry rules and GDP guidelines Ensure accurate quantity batch and product selection before packing Prepare cartons affix correct shipping labels and ensure safe neat packing Pack cold-chain items as per SOP gel packs insulated boxes Coordinate with billing and logistics to hand over packed orders for dispatch Maintain cleanliness safety and compliance in the packing area Documentation Compliance Maintain logs for purchase invoices packing slips and dispatch registers Follow all SOPs GDP GSP and audit requirements internal external Support periodic stock audits and verification Qualifications Skills Education Minimum D Pharm B Com B Sc B Pharm Preference for Pharma Procurement background Experience 1-4 years in a pharma warehouse distribution centre or retail wholesale pharmacy Experience in purchase billing packing preferred Technical Skills Knowledge of batch management FEFO GST HSN e-way bill portal Hands-on experience with ERP Inventory Software Marg Tally SAP Oracle etc Basic MS Excel email communication Soft Skills Attention to detail Time management Multi-tasking ability Coordination communication Ability to work under pressure Key Performance Indicators KPIs Purchase accuracy supplier OTIF rate Billing accuracy zero invoice errors Packing accuracy on-time dispatch Stock availability minimum expiry losses Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
