We are looking for a capable Finance Manager to manage and streamline the financial operations of our growing e-commerce company The role involves overseeing the accounts team ensuring accuracy maintaining compliance and supporting management with financial insights Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities handled by the accounts team Ensure accurate bookkeeping ledger management AP AR tracking invoice creation approval verification and timely entry Review financial reports MIS budgets and analysis prepared by the Financial Analyst Ensure compliance with GST TDS and statutory financial requirements Monitor financial performance expenses and operational metrics recommend improvements Coordinate with internal departments for seller payments platform transactions and financial approvals Support management in budgeting forecasting pricing decisions and business planning Maintain accuracy timeliness and proper documentation of all financial data Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or Business Administration 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance Strong understanding of accounting concepts GST TDS and financial reporting Experience with Vyapar software or ability to learn quickly Strong Excel and analytical skills Positive communication organizational skills and attention to detail Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Master s Required Experience Financial accounting 1 year Required Language English Required Hindi Preferred Location Mavelikara Kerala Required Work Location In person
