Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corrugated Box Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process of corrugated packaging Key Responsibilities Plan organize and supervise daily corrugated box production activities Monitor and maintain production machinery such as corrugators printers slotters die-cutters and folder-gluers Ensure adherence to production schedules quality standards and safety protocols Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce downtime waste and costs Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for machinery upkeep Collaborate with the design and quality control teams to ensure specifications are met Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions Train and guide machine operators supervisors and production staff Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field Proven experience 2-7 years in corrugated box manufacturing or packaging industry Job Type Full-time Pay 40 086 00 - 45 687 48 per month Perks Health insurance Work Location In person
