Job Summary The R D Executive will support New Product Development NPD ensure product quality drive nutritional improvements and coordinate with 3rd-party manufacturing partners for timely project execution Key Responsibilities Lead and support New Product Development NPD from concept to commercialization Conduct product trials stability studies and sensory evaluations Ensure food safety quality compliance and documentation as per industry standards Formulate products based on nutritional guidelines and regulatory norms Coordinate with 3rd-party manufacturing units for production trials and scale-up Collaborate with procurement and quality teams for raw material approval Maintain technical reports specifications and improvement records Monitor market trends and recommend creative ideas for product improvement Requirements Bachelor s Master s in Food Technology mandatory Strong background in food science NPD and product formulation Good understanding of food quality standards and nutritional regulations Experience in coordinating with manufacturing partners 3rd-party units Strong analytical documentation and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
