Hiring for an apparel manufacturing company Job description We are currently seeking a highly organized and collaborative Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating managing timelines and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations This position will initially be in Chennai and then transferable to Mumbai Key Responsibilities Experience 15 years Coordinate schedules and manpower planning for projects development collection VIP ensuring timely completion and delivery Follow projects from initial design to final product delivery from development to production Monitor internal processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality Maintain comprehensive records of activities including costs and project timelines Communicate effectively with production and development teams providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly Qualifications Proficient in English Tamil and Hindi Proven experience in production coordination or project management preferably within the textile or embroidery industry Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace Proficiency in MS Excel Teams and Outlook Knowledge of embroidery techniques and processes is a plus but not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 2 400 000 00 per year Work Location In person
