We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Marketing Lead with 2-3 years of experience to lead go-to-market efforts develop product positioning and messaging and drive demand generation strategies for our IT products This role bridges the gap between product development and sales ensuring that our products resonate with the right audience and achieve commercial success Key Responsibilities Develop compelling product positioning value propositions and messaging tailored to different customer segments Conduct competitive analysis market research and customer interviews to inform marketing strategy Collaborate with Product Sales and Engineering teams to understand product features roadmap and use cases Own the go-to-market GTM strategy for product launches and feature updates Create sales enablement tools including pitch decks battle cards product videos and one-pagers Drive digital campaigns email marketing webinars and events to generate leads and grow product awareness Measure the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights Manage website content blogs and product-related marketing assets in coordination with the content team Support customer case studies testimonials and product-led growth strategies Key Requirements 2-3 years of hands-on experience in product marketing preferably in B2B IT SaaS companies Solid understanding of software product lifecycles and GTM strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to distill complex technical information into clear value-driven messaging Experience working with CRM email marketing tools and basic analytics platforms Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business IT or related field Exposure to enterprise software cloud platforms or emerging tech products AI ML IoT etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
