We are seeking a proactive Business Support Sales Executive to manage on-ground sales activities build solid customer relationships and contribute to business growth The role involves regular field visits lead generation client engagement and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring smooth support throughout the sales cycle Key Responsibilities Visit potential customers clients as per the daily field plan Generate leads through field visits local outreach and referrals Present product service details clearly and professionally to prospects Convert leads into successful sales and meet monthly revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers partners and local networks Conduct promotional activities such as distributing brochures posters and field marketing materials Collect customer feedback and share insights to support business improvements Maintain accurate records of visits leads conversions and customer interactions in the CRM Participate in field campaigns events and exhibitions to increase visibility Prepare and submit daily weekly sales performance reports Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferred not mandatory 0-3 years of experience in field sales outreach or marketing Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage field travel effectively Target-driven self-motivated and disciplined in follow-ups Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role Basic knowledge of CRM tools MS Excel and digital communication platforms is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary
