Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator who has strong hands-on experience in Tally or Zoho The ideal candidate should be productive in managing data maintaining records and supporting accounting operations with accuracy and responsibility Key Responsibilities Enter update and maintain accurate data in company databases and software systems Manage daily entries in Tally or Zoho including sales purchase expenses vouchers invoices and other accounting records Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness Prepare and maintain digital and physical records of financial documents Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for data requirement and updates Generate basic reports from Tally Zoho as required Ensure confidentiality and security of company data Perform administrative tasks related to documentation and record-keeping Requirements Proficiency in Tally or Zoho mandatory Strong typing speed and accuracy Basic understanding of accounting entries and documentation Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Ability to work independently and within a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Minimum qualification 12th Graduate in any stream Commerce preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
