Job Title Engineer Sr Engineer - Quality Control Location Chennai Working Days- 6 days week Key Responsibilities - Develop and sustain QC processes FAI APQP PPAP etc meeting customer AS9100 requirements - Inspect sheet metal machined parts and special processes anodizing plating painting powder coating welding brazing - Apply GD T SPC MSA PFMEA 5S Kaizen Poka Yoke and other QC tools - Lead problem solving using 8D DMAIC 5 Why fish bone diagrams - Prepare work instructions ensure documentation flow and support internal external audits - Participate in supplier qualification and technical audits Experience Skills - 5 7 years in Quality Control Assurance preferably aerospace or high precision metal fabrication - Strong knowledge of GD T APQP PPAP FMEA SPC MSA AS9100 NADCAP - Hands on with sheet metal and machined component inspection - Proficient in MS Office and SAP - Valuable people management and stakeholder relationship skills Qualifications - B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering experience may compensate for a diploma Job Type Full-time Pay 50 394 96 - 55 955 01 per month Work Location In person
