is a high-impact role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities for accelerated career growth Associate will support analysis of problems and related design tasks More exploratory analysis or design during the pre-initiation and or initiation phases or design work requiring specialist business or functional knowledge Strong knowledge of agile methodology The business analyst support will consist of activities in relation to the business requirements solution design validation of solution supporting UAT and change adoption for CLIENT programs and or projects as follows Responsibilities Requirement Elicitation Collaborate with stakeholders including business users management and subject matter experts to gather detailed business requirements Conduct interviews workshops focus groups surveys and observations to understand and document stakeholder needs Use various elicitation techniques such as brainstorming document analysis and prototyping to uncover requirements Requirement Analysis Analyze and prioritize business requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and project goals Break down high-level business and user requirements into functional and non-functional requirements Identify gaps inconsistencies and conflicts in requirements and work with stakeholders to resolve them Documentation Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents BRDs Functional Specifications Use Cases User Stories and Process Flow Diagrams Maintain clear and concise documentation to ensure it is easily understandable and accessible to all stakeholders Stakeholder Communication Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure a shared understanding of requirements Facilitate meetings presentations and workshops to communicate findings project updates and recommendations Solution Design and Implementation Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements Assist in designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure solutions align with business requirements Testing and Quality Assurance Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT and gather feedback to refine and improve solutions Ensure that test results are documented and communicated to stakeholders Data Analysis and Reporting Perform data analysis to support business decisions identify trends and provide actionable insights Create and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators KPIs and project progress Project Management Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion Monitor and report on project progress including risks issues and changes Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business performance Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization Stay updated on industry trends best practices and new technologies that can drive business improvements Training and Support Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on new systems processes and tools Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption of solutions Act as a point of contact for post-implementation support and troubleshooting Industry and Domain Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices related to the business domain Apply domain knowledge to ensure solutions align with industry standards and regulatory requirements Leverage industry insights to inform and improve business analysis practices and outcomes Qualifications Bachelor s master s degree in engineering or related field MBA preferred but not mandatory Certification in business analysis such as CBAP or PMI-PBA Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Strong knowledge of Agile Hands on knowledge in SQL Hands on experience and expertise in Excel PowerPoints JIRA Confluence Visio Gliffy Good to have understanding on Data Visualization tools like Tableau Power BI Basic understanding on Web-services and tools like POSTMAN SOAP Basic understanding on Cloud technologies like Azure AWS - Good to have Basic understanding of AI GEN AI RPA and other latest technologies - Good to have Relevant experience in consulting analytics or corporate strategy roles - Good to have Experience on working on UI Screens UX designs wireframes using various tools like Figma etc - Good to have Your role as a
