Job Title Production Manager - Skin Care Personal Care Color Cosmetics Location Bangalore Company Limelush organics Pvt Ltd Department ProductionReporting To Plant Head Director Job Summary Responsible for managing the end-to-end production of skin care personal care and color cosmetic products Ensure efficient operations high product quality timely delivery and adherence to regulatory and safety standards Key Responsibilities 1 Plan organize and supervise daily production operations for skin care personal care and color cosmetics 2 Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with SOPs GMP and regulatory requirements 3 Manage train and evaluate production staff 4 Coordinate with QA QC R D and supply chain for process optimization and new product launches 5 Maintain machinery production schedules records and safety compliance Qualifications Skills 1 Bachelor s degree in Chemistry Pharmacy Cosmetic Science or related field 2 5 years experience in production management of cosmetic personal care or color cosmetic products 3 Robust knowledge of GMP ISO and regulatory requirements 4 Leadership problem-solving and effective communication skills 5 Hands-on experience with cosmetic production machinery and processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 450 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
