Job Purpose The Quantity Survey Billing Engineer will be responsible for accurate quantity take-offs cost estimation client billing subcontractor billing and cost monitoring for ongoing projects This role ensures effective cost control timely invoicing and contractual compliance to support project delivery Key Responsibilities Quantity Surveying Prepare BOQs quantity take-offs and estimates from drawings and site execution Conduct rate analysis for different civil and structural works Track project costs against budgets and prepare cost variance reports Prepare material and resource reconciliation statements Client Billing Prepare and submit RA Running Account bills escalation bills and variation claims Coordinate with clients consultants for verification and timely certification of bills Maintain accurate documentation of client bills and approvals Subcontractor Billing Verify check and certify subcontractor vendor bills as per contracts Ensure reconciliation of materials issued vs consumed Maintain records of work orders and subcontractor payments Contracts Documentation Assist in preparation of cost revenue reports MIS and cash flow statements Support preparation of variation orders claims and final bills Maintain billing-related correspondence and documentation for audits Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of quantity surveying billing and cost management in construction projects Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and ERP billing software Good understanding of BOQ rate analysis and contract terms Strong analytical communication and documentation skills Ability to work under tight timelines and ensure billing accuracy Qualifications Experience B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Billing in construction infrastructure projects Compensation As per industry standards and candidate s experience Interested candidate can share their cv at hr agtinfra com Call directly at (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 8 years Preferred Work Location In person
