Job Title Finance Executive Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Executive to oversee our organization s financial planning reporting and analysis The Finance Executive will be responsible for budgeting forecasting financial reporting compliance and assisting in financial decision-making to ensure the company s financial health and long-term growth Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and forecasts Assist in budgeting and cost control processes across departments Monitor company cash flow accounts receivable payable and bank reconciliations Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Support month-end and year-end close processes Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants and financial institutions Conduct variance analysis and present financial insights to management Assist in developing financial models and strategic plans Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field Proven experience 2-5 years in finance accounting or a related role Proficiency in financial software e g Tally SAP QuickBooks or ERP systems Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Professional certification such as CA CPA CMA or ACCA or pursuing Experience in financial reporting under IFRS or local GAAP Familiarity with corporate tax and GST regulations depending on region Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
