The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory stock control and the overall organization of the store warehouse This role ensures that all materials equipment and products are properly received recorded stored and issued as required while maintaining accurate records in Tally and supporting smooth business operations Receive inspect and record all incoming materials and supplies in Tally Verify deliveries against purchase orders invoices and delivery notes Organize and maintain stock in a clean orderly and accessible manner Issue materials and supplies to relevant departments upon authorized requests Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with Tally records Monitor and track stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations Ensure proper labeling tagging and storage of items to avoid damage or loss Maintain accurate store records receipts issues stock balances in Tally Coordinate with procurement and other departments to forecast stock requirements Enforce safety security and housekeeping standards in the store warehouse Prepare and submit inventory and stock reports using Tally and MS Excel Proven experience as a Store Keeper Inventory Clerk or in warehouse store management Proficiency in Tally ERP mandatory We offer very attractive packages and all benefits as stipulated by law Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 744 79 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Store management 1 year Required Work Location In person
