We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell Arc Gouging Carbon Electrodes and Specialty Carbon Graphite Products directly to industrial clients This role requires both a technical understanding of the products and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships within industrial sectors such as fabrication steel manufacturing foundries and heavy engineering Key Responsibilities Direct selling of carbon electrodes and graphite products to industries in the assigned region Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in maintenance production and procurement departments Conduct regular onsite visits to understand customer requirements offer technical guidance and ensure product satisfaction Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations Provide post-sales support and coordination with internal teams for delivery and service Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales records activity logs and CRM data Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review Preferred Qualifications Experience Education Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of industrial products Experience with carbon graphite products welding consumables or similar industrial solutions is a strong advantage Skills Robust technical and commercial acumen Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field Proficiency in MS Office familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Experience industrial product sales 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
