SRP US Logistics we provide reliable and scalable accounting solutions to businesses across the U S Our team is growing and we re looking for a skilled R2R Accountant who has hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a solid understanding of U S GAAP and month-end close procedures Job Summary We are seeking a Record to Report R2R Accountant with a strong background in U S accounting and proven expertise in QuickBooks You ll be responsible for managing general ledger activities ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting monthly and annual closing cycles Key Responsibilities Manage daily and monthly general ledger accounting tasks Perform month-end and year-end close activities Prepare and post journal entries and accruals in QuickBooks Reconcile bank accounts credit cards and key balance sheet accounts Generate and analyze financial reports from QuickBooks Maintain accuracy of financial records in compliance with U S GAAP Support audit requests and ensure proper documentation is maintained Collaborate with AP AR payroll and tax teams for complete reporting Improve and streamline R2R processes and internal controls Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance 3 years of R2R or general accounting experience in U S accounting Mandatory experience working with QuickBooks Online and or Desktop Strong understanding of U S GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficiency in Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP etc Detail-oriented with robust analytical and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification Experience in a shared services or BPO environment Familiarity with other accounting platforms like NetSuite SAP or Xero Interested candidates can contact us on 91-(phone hidden) Meenal Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
