Description This position creates centralized communication strategy for owned and earned media for assigned brand Manages media relations Works closely with other ELC local regional and global teams consumer engagement virtual selling paid media brand ecommerce commercial to create centralized digital activation plans Main responsibilities Analyzes local markets and builds understanding of regional and local consumer social media behavior with strategic recommendations Manages owned social media platforms Facebook Instagram YouTube of the brands including community management and sales activations on social media pages in cooperation with agencies and internal stakeholders Manages PR Influencers relationships budget and activations Manages external agencies and internal process and teams to creates review and localizes assets for social digital platforms maximizing opportunities for centralized activities and assets Analyzes and reports performance of owned and earned regional adaptations and local activations recommends improvements and relevant actions Assures maximization of biggest CE centralized communication opportunities to increase share of voice and engagement but also playing local activations when strategically key Coordinates execution of non standard activations in the owned and earned media area Qualifications 3 years experience in e marketing and social media with proven track record in similar position Ability to create interesting and engaging content in line with the brand strategy Familiarity with influencer and digital marketing with knowledge of digital marketing terms and KPI s Ability to use owned and earned media analytics tools and draw logical conclusions from them Keen interest in social media and new ways of communication Independence in action and highly developed work organization skills Knowledge of English at a level enabling free communication spoken and written
